Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Lead to join their
Implementation team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project plans and adjust them to meet changing needs
Manage implementation tasks to ensure timely and high-quality
service delivery
Maintain customer relationships and monitor issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Customer Service experience
Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product
issues
Proficient with Microsoft Office
PMP Certification and/or implementation experience is a plus
