Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracting Operations Associate to
support Medicare insurance agents through efficient contract
processing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to agents via email, calls, and video
walkthroughs, offering troubleshooting assistance
Coordinate contracting workflows between the company, insurance
carriers, and Medicare brokers for accuracy and timeliness
Respond promptly to Medicare broker inquiries on
contracting-related topics and process contracts efficiently
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or a
similar role
Customer-obsessed approach to problem-solving with a passion for
high-quality experiences
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify areas for workflow
improvement
Proven ability to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
in a fast-paced environment
Experience with insurance agents, contracts, or Medicare is a plus
but not required
