Job Description:
A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Senior
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous process improvement workshops to
enhance operational efficiencies
Develop and implement standards for opportunity identification,
process design, and solution delivery
Communicate process improvement activities and updates to senior
leadership while driving accountability for project
deliverables
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in continuous process improvement or
business process optimization
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Visio; Tableau
and SQL experience preferred
Salesforce CPQ experience required; certification in Lean or Six
Sigma strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills, including data collection and
synthesis
