Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Executive - HCM to sell
HR/Payroll software solutions remotely across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue by selling Rippling HR/Payroll software solutions
to businesses
Conduct product demonstrations and build strong relationships with
clients
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience)
Proven track record in software sales, preferably in HR technology
or payroll
Ability to sell at the C-Suite level and deliver compelling
presentations
Deep understanding of HR processes and payroll administration
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
