Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide
solutions and troubleshooting for clients in the Engineering,
Natural Resources, and Infrastructure community.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to resolve customer issues through various
communication channels
Document support interactions and manage personal backlog of
support requests
Participate in product testing events and contribute to knowledge
base quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
3 years of experience in the Engineering, Natural Resources, and
Infrastructure industry
Proficiency or familiarity with Client Civil 3D software in a
production environment
Experience in customer support and troubleshooting
