Job Description:

A company is looking for a Learning & Engagement Facilitator who will support training classes for the customer care organization.



Key Responsibilities

Provides training, coaching, and support to Customer Care agents
Supports the development of training materials and maintains the training calendar
Coordinates lesson plans and collaborates with the Learning & Engagement leader



Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Customer Care experience or experience in a call center environment
Minimum 6 months previous experience training in a classroom/meeting setting
Work experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Adobe (pdf)
Ability to flex work schedule as business needs may require
Demonstrated ability to train representatives and/or new hires in a classroom/meeting setting
