Job Description:

Position Title: Clinical Supervisor - Los Angeles, Burbank, WhittierWhy Join the Holding Hands Team?Holding Hands is a family-based organization founded in 2003. We currently have four clinics throughout LA County: Burbank, Calabasas, Los Angeles, and Whittier. We serve over 1,500 neurodiverse individuals in home, school, clinic, and community settings, including children, teens, and adults with various neurodiverse diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Anxiety, OCD, and related developmental and mental health needs. Our interdisciplinary approach differentiates us from other agencies, allowing us to better support our clients and families' individual needs while providing training opportunities in different modalities. We provide ABA, Social Skills Groups, Modified Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Counseling, and DIR/Floortime. Our work is centered on believing in the ability and potential of every individual. Our clinical team takes a person-centered approach, focusing on the child's strengths and individual differences while developing intervention plans that address their unique profiles. We provide DEI training during our new hire process and hold a monthly staff DEI support group to create a safe space for our staff.Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of quality clinicians, including Quality Autism Specialists and Behavior Technicians.
  • Ensure that each client and their family is treated with respect, compassion, and empathy.
  • Create programming that caters to the specific needs of the client while adhering to ethical BACB standards and Holding Hands Policies.
  • Provide the highest level of training to staff and quality assurance to clients.
  • Conduct on-site quality assurance checks, parent training, intake assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Ensure the highest level of programming, parent training, and ABA service care delivery for every client and family.
  • Stay updated on the latest research, treatment protocols, and standards in ABA.
  • Work under the oversight of the Program Coordinator for your office.Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (required).
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (required).
    • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
    • Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder and experience with various assessment tools and report writing.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
    • Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI).
    • CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults.
    • Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 (unless exempt for medical or religious reasons).
    • Current TB clearance.
    • Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
