Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Incentive Consultant to manage
and analyze retail incentive results.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and validate timely and accurate incentive payouts while
improving quality and productivity
Resolve crediting inquiries by adhering to plan guidelines and
ensuring compliance with controls
Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure alignment with
financial objectives and produce incentive-related analysis
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience in incentive compensation
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Management Information Sciences or
Finance, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Strong experience with MS Excel
Ability to build repeatable and streamlined processes
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
