A company is looking for a ServiceNow CSM professional for a
remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and Service Portal
functionalities
Build custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automations
within ServiceNow
Utilize SOAP, RESTful API, and scripting to enhance ServiceNow
capabilities
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM, including Case Management
and Knowledge Management
ServiceNow CAD and CIS-CSM certification
Knowledge of CSDM and CMDB implementation
Expertise in web development including HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript
Experience with cloud computing technologies
