Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter for the Mission Team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for Mission team roles with a
focus on sourcing talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and
interview processes
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and drive
process improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience
3+ years of recruiting experience in a tech or high-growth
startup
2+ years of recruiting experience in the defense industry or an
adjacent field
Full lifecycle recruiting experience, including various interview
methodologies
Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS, resume databases, and
sourcing tools
