Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Manager to foster a positive work
environment and manage employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of HR Coordinators and Generalists to support
fulfillment center teams
Serve as a primary contact for employee relations, investigating
and resolving workplace conflicts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and contribute to HR policy
development
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee
relations
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best
practices
Experience with HRIS systems and collaboration tools
Bachelor's degree preferred
HR Certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are a plus
